4.1 To access real-money Services at jl90, you must register an Account through the jl90 Login page at jl90.one. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and national identity details.
4.2 KYC Verification. jl90 is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity and age of all Players prior to permitting withdrawals and, in certain cases, during ongoing platform use. You must promptly update your Account details in the event that any information changes. jl90 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account where false or misleading information is identified.
5.1 Accepted Methods. jl90 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine-approved payment methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank, 7-Eleven (via payment reference), USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20), and Coins.ph. The availability of specific payment methods may change over time, and Players are encouraged to review the jl90 cashier for current options.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is one hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100) per transaction, or the equivalent in accepted cryptocurrency. jl90 does not impose a maximum single deposit limit for standard verified accounts, though daily or monthly limits may apply based on KYC tier and responsible gaming settings.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed by jl90 within twenty-four (24) hours of submission for standard requests, subject to successful KYC verification. However, third-party payment providers (including GCash, Maya, and banks) may impose their own transaction fees, which are outside jl90's control. Cryptocurrency transactions are subject to applicable network gas fees.
6.1 jl90 may from time to time offer Players promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other incentives ("Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to these Terms and any specific terms applicable to the individual Promotion, which will be clearly communicated at the time the Promotion is offered.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless a Promotion is expressly stated to be "no wagering," all Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to Wagering Requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier and any game contribution rates will be specified in the Promotion's terms. Failure to fulfil Wagering Requirements within the stated validity period will result in forfeiture of Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.

10.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jl90 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. 11.3 jl90's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by that Player into their Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by jl90's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by Philippine law.
12.1 By jl90. jl90 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: (a) breach of these Terms by the Player; (b) fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 8; (c) failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe; (d) regulatory direction from PAGCOR or another competent authority; (e) identification of the Account as belonging to an ineligible person.
12.2 By the Player. Players may close their Account at any time by contacting jl90 support via live chat or the support email. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Players who wish to self-exclude rather than permanently close their Account may do so via the Responsible Gaming section.
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon closure or suspension of an Account, any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their last used payment method, subject to any pending KYC verification and AML obligations. Bonus Funds not yet cleared through Wagering Requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

The decision of PAGCOR or any competent Philippine regulatory authority shall be final and binding on both parties.
13.4 You agree that all disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
14.1 jl90 reserves the right to amend, revise, or replace these Terms at any time. Where an amendment materially affects the rights of existing Players, jl90 will provide reasonable notice via a prominent notification on the jl90.one website, email (where a verified email address is held), or by other appropriate means.
14.2 The effective date of any revised Terms will be clearly stated at the top of the Terms document. Continued use of the jl90 platform following the effective date of a revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
